Okay but now a real reply: this is why I love Chekhov's gun. We all know the crash is coming, somehow, some way.
The choice to include bits of Fly Me To the Moon wasn't without thought. Maks wants a way out and away, fly me to the moon, let me play among the stars far away and safe from my mounting list of problems in this mortal coil that keeps getting scorched.
@Haze If you so desire :) it's a nice tune that feels so jarring juxtaposed to something like this, imo. But it's kind of a satisfying, horrible contrast.
Few things I love more than a beautifully innocent song playing during a scene that's clearly about to go to hell (or is already there). Great atmosphere here
