~Updates~
My computer is on its last legs and doesn't want to open photoshop or, really anything that uses a lot of RAM anymore. My laptop is 7 years old, so, that's likely part of it. Haaah.
So it was pulling teeth to get this WIP page up. I'm working on getting a new computer, but that's been the major art hold up, along with a few other big life things happening. I have pages inked ahead to page...20 but I can't get to them right now. I'm hoping to get a new computer in the coming months. :X
I might just draw out pages traditionally and see if I can take pictures of those/scan them at friends houses but, agh.
Are you able to get your files out of the old one... and is there enough room in the "lifeboats"?
Lemme know.

Thankfully yes - I bought an external hard drive late last year so I'm backing things up today while I can get the silly thing open.

Aw, computer issues are the worst! (I have no money without my computer, so I understand your pain).
Liquid is a motif in your story, Maks has some (bad) experiences with it. Maybe it is his resistance to change or a hard time to change? (since liquid is a universal symbol for adaptability).

I may be making assumptions, but purely based on how people have treated him so far and how they treat him later on, I wouldn't be surprised if she tipped the cup a little bit on purpose to burn him.
THAT is an interesting theory. I assure you those questions will be answered, at least pertaining to Hellen, in due time.
